AEC Centering Station
The AEC centering station is designed for centering single or double steel blanks. Originally designed & manufactured for one of the big 3 North American automotive companies, the AEC centering station incorporates the lastest technology into 16 programably positioned conveyor lanes. 8 electro-magnet conveyor lanes are built into the ramp that feeds the main centering station, while another 8 electro-magnet conveyor lanes are situated on the centering station itself. Combined, the 16 lane setup of the AEC centering station is capable of aligning 20 sheets per minute between a blank washer (Destacker) and a progressive stamping line. With all aspects of the centering station programably positioned including front/side/rear crowders (Stops) for the press line application, the AEC centering station is a dynamic product capable of meeting all project objectives.
