Cross-shuttle System

The Cross-Shuttle system includes a 2 lane Exit Conveyor complete with independent 8 foot long Telescopic Conveyor lane assembly to suit die configurations and die changes.

Operation
The Exit Conveyor delivers parts from an existing press to a 3 station shuttle. The shuttle then distributes the stampings to one of 5 operator offload tables.

Control
The AEC control system incorporates an Allen Bradley HIM, PLC and Servo Controllers. The shuttle motion is driven by a 40 Hp drive system and has emergency shock absorbers in case of power outages.
