End-of-Line System

AEC's End-of-line System is available in multiple configurations. The two primary designs are:
‘Type 1' - suitable for 'C' presses only
‘Type 2' - 'C' up to 'AA' press handling capabilities

The ‘Type 1' End-of-line System seen to the right is ergonomically adjustable for increased operator safety and performance. Other operator focused design features include:

• Guarding
• Overhead canopy with Lighting
• Touch-screen operator interfaces
• Part counting and automatic rack changes
• Sound dampening

The system itself contains 3 unique conveyors. Each conveyor is adjustable in height or width. The outside 2 lanes are width adjustable allowing for varying sizes of presses to be accommodated, while the center lane is adjustable in height. Another unique feature of the end-of-line system is the solid slider tread. The solid yet adjustable slider tread prevents product from hanging up.
