Telescopic Conveyors

Standard Telescopic conveyors are 72 inches wide x 312 inches long and come complete with height adjustable legs. An 85 inch Telescopic belt extension feature is also standard on all telescopic conveyors. Drive pullies available on the conveyor are capable of providing belt speeds of up to 300 FPM.

The main control panel has multi-conductor plug in receptacles for the remote operator push button station. The operator can choose several different operating modes to suit the current application.

One support is equipped with an motorized air flanged wheel arrangement to allow the operator to easily move the conveyor into the correct position. The conveyor position is actuated with a manual value mounted on the conveyor. The second support is mounted on flanged idler wheels.

Since the conveyors are equipped with AEC telescopic belt take-ups, operators can extend or retract the conveyor when the belt conveyor is running or when there is no power to the conveyor. The adjustment range is 84" for the telescopic end. The operator can position the end roller until it best suits the application. The conveyor has four certified hoist rings to allow for unit relocation using an overhead crane.
