In the field
AEC designed a 3D model of a Dough Lift, Dough Tub, Hopper, log roller and Incline Conveyor system, as well as a matching dough tub for transportation of the dough itself. The end result of many customer directed innovations can be seen in use, moving 6000 lbs of dough per hour. The design was not only the first of it's kind, but also a break-through in saving space within dough production facilities.
