Tray Loading System

In order to facilitate the process of tray loading, a system was designed for a major cookie manufacturer. The handling system provided a more ergonomic design to reduce reparative stress injuries to operators while increasing productivity and decreasing the total number of employees required to load the trays. The total reduction equated to a 50% reduction in Labour costs and absenteeism.

The handling system allows for various types of goods to be handled without any alterations to the line. This adaptability of the line is found not only in the tray loading area, but throughout each component of the cookie & cracker handling system.
