CDLR Conveyor

Chain Driven Live Roller or the CDLR conveyor is a heavy-duty conveyor capable of staging loads in excess of 10,000 lbs. Designed to transfer small coils of steel on skids, the CDLR conveyor incorporates AEC's premier roller conveyor with the AEC turntable. The turntable is equipped with rollers so that it may act as a standard section of the conveyor, or as a transfer point between conveyors or lanes. Photo electrics are used in tandem with multiple drives for accurate staging. As requested by clients of AEC, another standard feature of the CDLR conveyor is heavy-duty forklift bumpers to protect against erratic forklift traffic.
