AEC Provides On-Site Technical Support

Case Study 1: A large manufacturing customer in a remote location needed to get new equipment installed ASAP. Their internal staff was maxed out so they called AEC to see if we could provide an experienced controls technician to help fabricate control panels for them on-site, as well as install controls wiring, make connections, perform diagnostics/troubleshooting, and help with start-up. We are a small shop so we had to get creative to satisfy this need. We were able to adjust schedules and provide this customer with a technician for 3 days per week for several weeks to augment their internal staff and get them out of a jam. AEC also provides PLC/HMI programming support. We’ll share some examples of this in a future post.
