When a Massachusetts-based OEM found themselves in a bind with HMI/PLC programming, they reached out to AEC for help. We were able to dispatch a technician to work with their staff to diagnose and resolve the issue. In addition, AEC documented the process to assist the customer with getting their internal staff up to speed. This is another example of AEC’s service and support philosophy. To help our customers with budgeting, we have pre-paid Service & Support Agreements which enable the customer to buy a block of service hours at a discounted rate.
