AEC Engineering has begun building a large 3-door VFD motor control cabinet that was designed/engineered by AEC’s John Kraus to meet the specific needs of the customer. The 6ft x 10ft NEMA-12 enclosure from Saginaw will hold seven (7) Eaton DG1 series drives, seven VFD keypad displays, in-coming disconnect, protective fusing, and Allen-Bradley pilot light and operator buttons. The panel will also have forced-air ventilation and will hold a circuit breaker panel within the enclosure. The cabinet was custom designed by AEC to meet the customer’s specifications and will be built in our UL-508A shop.
