JMG (Jobs for Maine Graduates) partners with public education and private businesses to offer results-driven solutions to ensure all Maine students graduate, attain post-secondary credentials, and pursue meaningful careers. As stated on their website, JMG partners with Maine’s public middle and high schools, community colleges, and our university system to help students reach their fullest potential. We strengthen Maine’s workforce and improve the economy by providing students with the guidance, skills, and opportunities to succeed in their careers. JMG serves more than 12,000 students a year in communities throughout Maine’s 16 counties. AEC participated by hosting Devin Ricker, Freeport High School senior, who worked one afternoon per week performing a variety of assembly tasks in our fabrication Shop. We’re happy that we could provide this real-world experience and wish Devin the best as he pursues his higher education goals. For more information on JMG programs visit their website: www.jmg.org
